Some hardcore fan contract in English UFC site and watch live UFC,but most of japanese ,English is barrier itself.
When we can contract in japanese,Even if WOWOW station broadcast UFC,Many fan hope live watch ,no cut PPV(WOWOW UFC is 2 hours only).and UFN and WEC(no broadcast in japan).

It may be good business,no no it is failure that they did not do it.
